    Meh. As much as I hate doing this, if we were using Fifa terms, Neymar would be no higher than 82/83. World class players would be 87+. Lahm, Messi, Ronaldo, etc. He's nowhere near any of them, he's just not world class. Two scuffed goals in a group game, one of which a non-existent penalty, isn't going to suddenly make him worthy of the hype. Particularly when he should have been sent off before either of them.

    He settled fine. He had a good start to his Barcelona career. My point was obviously that when the going gets tough he was nowhere to be found. That's a lack of mental strength and attitude. As in the thing that will prevent him from ever being one of the best.

    It is an incredible record. Made all the more amazing when you look at who he is ahead of now... Garrincha, Sócrates, Zizinho, Tostão, Jair, Rivellino, Kaká, Careca etc

    Surprised that Chicharito isn't starting, Peralta is in good form but Chicharito just turns up out of nowhere whenever I see him play, that type of player is priceless.

    It's incredible stats that. A saw a few games of him at Santos because the hype and even back then he was dynamite. His performances for Brazil at the Confederations Cup which am sure we all watched, again he was world class.

    He's not, not world. He is not just a bit away from world class. He is in fact world class. It's that simple as far as I'm concerned.

    A don't like the wee * because of his play acting *, but a love watching him, he's a joy to watch.
