Ronny isn't there as he is working with the first team. Collins is taking the team today. Besides, the board would have agreed to this game, not him.

That's why we're there plain and simple..

Demoralizing for the kids and extra annoying the ribbing I'm gonna get from spurs fans but * it, we really do have bigger fish to fry..

It's funny how this is a pointless exercise now that we got pumped.. If our young guys managed to get a draw it'd have been valuable experience right?

This genuinely is embarassing, even if it is our development squad. Lawell has sent the players and staff on a pointless trip for a bit of cash that will not go towards helping the squad

i am afraid spurs would have embarrassed the Celtic 1st eleven. Just think what that spurs team is worth £300m and then compare the Celtic 1st team. Celtic can not get anyone in for morw than £1/2M, spurs sold Bale about £80m. If Celtic are out of the champions league , as is likely, then it will be a battle to get into the europa league. If no europe, just a season without even a Rangers match, oh calamity. How have things got so bad. Sky has to take some of the blame.

Quite glad I chose not to watch this. It's not a big surprise and even if it's an embarrassing result I don't think it impacts too much on the team going into the Legia game.

    Ambrose off again?

Nothing boost morale more than conceding 10 goals in the space of 4 days!

There is honestly not one youth prospect coming through that excites me

Mcgeouch - I just don't get the hype seems anytime he has an average game people * him up

Twardzik - Must be due a testimonial he's been here so long is featherweight and just doesn't have it imo

O'Connell - The less said the better cant pass or tackle

The one who did excite me was Watt but that went * up although it seems to have been his fault

EDIT Henderson forgot about him :52:

Well, it's good experience for the kids. Let's them see the level they should be aiming at.

    Sorry, but it's true.

I don't know if that makes it better or worse. Still the same outcome. Meaningless waste of time and money - probably completely counter productive - while Rome burns.

    :56: Efe.

    * it we sent our youth team out against a top EPL side; a horsing was always on the cards. Guessing we'd initially planned to play our first team but they've more important things to worry about. Shame really - would've been a good game and I always like to see us against English opposition.

Given the fact we're a bawhair away from being pumped out of Europe I'm sure the plan would've been to get out to Finland, get this pointless fixture out of the way and get the * back to Glasgow. Don't give a * personally and I don't think our youth team or manager will either; Legia next week is far more important.

    Well that was rubbish...

The starting back 4 were very poor but Irvine and Henderson impressed, while Gordon wasn't bad considering. McGeouch and Balde showed some quality in flashes but didn't get the ball enough to do much. Lindsay, McMullan and especially Tierney are not ready to play at this level. Twardzik is never a full back.

Ambrose however disappointed me the most. He has the most outfield experience in that team but for the second game in succession was * poor. He was pulled all over the place by Tottenham's admittedly very good attackers but did not do enough in my opinion. Sending off was harsh but the tackle was totally needless so the blame is on Efe.
