There was an STV article within, literally, 2 minutes.

    Guy is embarrasing himself.

It would've worked in my opinion. Both were totally different but what Lenny didn't have, fitness and progressive modern method's and what Ronny didn't have, tactical awareness, steeliness, plan B. Would've complemented each other well..

One thing's for sure....Lenny wouldn't want to jump ship again. That grass was definitely not green was it..

Totally agree mate. Thought we were excellent and was just as proud in the San Siro..

    Absolutely..

Kennedy doesn't necessarily have to leave. But at the very least, he should be back down with the youngsters..

Can't you do the same thing over and over again and reasonably expect different results if you consider repetition as part of a learning process? That was what Deila was trying to do. He was * over by the players, I have no doubt about that. It was clear from the beginning that there was a core there who did not want him in.

It's all over twitter about Brown, Commons and Mulgrew. It's just rumours but I think there could be an element of truth about it

Fully expect the team to start trying again.....and if there is a increase in effort and results then questions need to be asked.

Why? He wants the job if he sits back and says he's no bothered somebody else might get it.

I hope he does get the job again.

What is it with some of you saying we should show full support to him until end of season.
It's his fault for costing us at least £40 milion in CL money over 2 seasons.
It's his fault that we have lost out to 3 Scottish trophies in 2 seasons.
It's his fault that we were humiliated by being knocked out of Europe 3 times in 1 season.
He should go now not at end of season.
He doesn't deserve to still be in the Celtic manager's position a second longer.

I feel relieved he is going and a bit sad for him as he is a likeable person. But it had to happen. I don't want Lennon nor Keane as replacement. And some of the imposters in that team can go too.

Cheers for that, very interesting. The margins are small.

    Really?

I'd say the margins between the play off round and the last 16 of the CL are quite big personally...

Now i agree he needs gone but * me look at some of the games we played and the players looked like they would rather be anywhere else in the world than in a celtic strip.

At times we made der hun look like barca.:31:

The team has to take a huge chunk of the blame for where we are as a team and a club.

This team is far better that its been showing and its not fair to say that is just down to one man.

I like Ronny and I'm sorry to see him go in some ways. But there hasn't been enough improvement on the park this season to give me any belief we will qualify for the Champions League. I think Ronny may well succeed elsewhere.

Of course, I meant that the margin between failure and success is very small. Lenny was a far better cup / knockout tie manager.

Massive respect. He done the right thing no hassle no fuss and will cement his place as a cult celtic hero. Like Marmite either hate him or love him but i liked his philosphy just never managed to implement it on the park and do the nitty/gritty and get the performances / results we expect as Celtic fans
