Seeing all these players threads being opened..

Is it a coincidence, or is it coming to the point where all the players we know are good enough, arent playing good enough?

(despite me thinking hes * anyway) is there a reason behind forrest not wanting to sign a contract?.. Is there a reason Brown, Johansen, Armstrong, Gordon, Lustig etc are all playing poor, despite playing very good last season?

    begs the question.

I disagree mate. Look at the impact Hiddink had at Chelsea. Twice. Di Canio at Sunderland for a handful of games. Stability would be ok if we were winning games.

The real boss is in Switzerland on the clubs dime so no sacking tomorrow i'm afraid. Start mentally preparing for the sheep winning it people honest to *. Even though I have said I was doing that, the heart was ruling the head and I talked myself out of it. If he doesnt go we will be depending on the sheep to bottle it. That's where we're at. Before when I said it I was panicking but thought we would do it now though I honestly think we could lose it.

well get them on double or triple training sessions until they learn consistency or find some degree of fight for the cause.

  5. I think we'd have more stability with a manager whose spent 2 years at the club than no manager or a short notice replacement. He needs to go, that's evident, but he's winning more games than not and has lost 3 games in the league this season. I'd keep him until the end of this season, no longer.

Actually agree with this and it's the reason I'm reluctant to call for wholesale changes to the playing squad in the current situation. Everyone of them has more to offer than they're showing.

I agree basically. The players don't play for him. We certainly aren't good enough to be world beaters but we have enough to coast this league a lot better.

  10. If we had a Hiddink ready then maybe, who would would we be able to attract on such short notice with the squad and board we have now?

Have tried to defend the guy since he came here because I like him and his ideas but I'm really struggling now. No words to describe how unconvincing performances have been recently.

I agree, i think we have a squad who are far superior to anyone else in this country (thats granted anyway) but im talking a squad who shouldnt be losing the points we're losing

I know it's totally different in terms of quality of player, and manager. But look at Chelsea and Mourinho this season.

As soon as he was gone, they went 14 unbeaten, they've now won their first 3 games in a row since april.

It shows alot of these performances (despite individuals playing poorly) are down to the manager and the atmosphere in general around the club

He has to go now, I think he should have gone a long time ago. You get the feeling the team feel the same, I've never seen Brown look so out of it.

Funny to see some of the people who were dishing out abuse to anyone that wanted him gone this time last year are now calling for his head!
