He could change his system, his methods, his defensive coach, he could play 2 up front, he could show some * passion from the sidelines, he could stop playing guys that are not producing in the games..none of us give a * how they perform in training..

and he could sstop being so *' stubborn in thinking his way is the only way

THIS IS A MASSIVE CLUB RONNY.. and the only reason that the stadium is not full every week is because we are boring as * to watch 7 games out of 10 and the other 3 we are only ever good for 45 mins at the most

It is fine to refuse to quit ... but only if you alter things when the results and performances are getting worse instead of better

Doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results is known as madness

 

I agree this is bar a couple of players quite a inexperienced side , they have to go through the lows to learn from, that's part of building a team they need to know how to handle and come back from adversity, and in this Ronny is right , these last few signings are in recognition of the team and coaches needing a little help.

People forget that Lennon took a bit of time and more than a few.times he could have been sacked but because he a Celtic man we gave.him time

Do you think Neil Lennon could.do better with the players the board have gave.him ? Forms that's a tough a job as you can get with the expectations we have as Celtic fans my heart goes out to ronnie, this could just need till the players get the experience

 

As suggested I believe they're heart-rate monitors, rumours have it they only pick up a half-beat from Armstrong and GMS.

 

And who can blame him for that , you wouldn't just walk out on your job if it was similar circumstances.

Ronny has had his chance and he's proven himself hopeless on numerous occasions.

I think Lennon could do far better with this group of players, and I don't think Lennon would have signed half as many duds.

 

I don't blame him for that all. However I can't pretend that I don't think some people are falling for the 'nice guy Ronny' image a bit. He's likeable at arms length, but has exhibited extreme arrogance and stubbornness. Not attractive traits in anyone.

 

Correct, which is why I don't understand Journos/TV Reporters asking the "Are you leaving/resigning" question. Smacks of a lack of understanding by them. Same goes for players like Derk. If they are part way through their contract, when asked, Employers/Managers/Players always say "staying". Don't blame the Employer/Manager/Player, it's UK Employment Law.

If an employee says they are leaving they lose out. If an employer suggests a move and the employee is so minded to pursue it, it's constuctive dismissal.
