Scraping 1-0 wins is not good enough domestically at this football club . The one upside of having a terrible league and playing relative dross week in week out is that the fans traditionally get to see us pumping sides fairly regularly and see plenty of goals over a season . There is no excuse for a Celtic team not to play attacking football and score goals

RD said we are averaging 3 per game....granted that has dropped the last while, but our biggest problem is for some reason no * at celtic can sort a defence.

If you go and have a look at the results in the league, they are hardly terrific. Majority of games are won by a single goal or two goals.

There have only been a couple of occasions where we won the games by 3 goals or more.

ALso if you look at the goalscorers list, we've got Griffiths and then rather a long list before you come across another Celtic player.

So you can say we're averaging 3 goals in all competitions, but how many do we concede Ronny?

Listen, the stats aren't that great. So far Ronny's been knocked out of Europe five times in two years.

Yet the spin is we average 3 goals and we should all accept how wonderful things are.

Erm... you do realise that ANY manager in the world is going to get us knocked out of Europe 4 times in 2 years unless we actually win a trophy? So 5 in the same time, when 2 were within about a month of taking over the club is not STATISTICALLY that much worse.

Was interesting to see us play a 4-4-2 today, having Cole up front allowed us to get some crosses in we normally wouldn't be able to meet in the box.

But Griff playing up on his own hasn't done him any harm this season.

Not as if he was doing anything today that he hasn't been doing all season.

Think he had more freedom in his movement, he was all over the pitch today, when he's up top himself his performances are more concentrated. I think he enjoys the freedom, last time I can remember him playing like that was his hat trick against Kilmarnock where he came on at half time and went two up top with Guidetti.

He's always got the goals in him though, so it's a good optiom to have somebody who can play both roles like that.

Johansen and Bitton looked really effective playing 4-4-2 albeit against lower opposition.

Don't think it a system that suits Commons why he's played wide.

I don't know what to expect from Celtic anymore. It was just another typical away game - loosing the ball, lifeless and just plain boring by all accounts. It has been this way for the last 7 or so years.

The last time I seen us play well in an away game must have been under Gordon strachan which is ironic as everyone seems to think his football was boring (Not me anyway

Release the * hounds. Let him off the leash. An opponents center back occupying another of our center forwards is terrific for Griff.

Leigh Griffiths will score goals whether you play him as a 1, in a 2 or with 5 partners.

    He's a pure goalscorer.

It was absolutely atrocious to watch. Like it was under Lennon too.

The last away game you enjoyed was under Strachan? Not enjoy beating Spartak Moscow or any of the numerous skelpings we've handed out since then?

Our last two away games have been good to watch. Hearts game was a cracker, even if we didn't get the win in the end.

We thumped the diets 7-0 as well. If you didn't enjoy that then...

I'm talking domestically, although 90% of Eurpean away games follow the same path anyway...

Spartan Moscow, Inter and Barca (1st time) are probably the only good away performances I've seen from Celtic in 7 years.

    Bad!

We've also had countless good away games since Strachan. I actually prefer us away from home, the atmosphere is much better too.
