I ken, I seen your thread yesterday and was pleasently surprised.

I have justified it, many times on here recently and don't feel the need to go back over the same details - so please don't attempt to pass me off as one of these * allegedly thinking "never Deila's fault", especially when I have criticised aspects of his management......which you clearly will know.

    "IF fans stopped turning up".......IF.

No it doesn't concern me yet because I haven't read thr comments. What concerns me more is that Deila gets decent investment for players so that he can change the personel who are "scared" - you've already said in yer positive thread yesterday Simunovic looks a good player, so I'm happy to know Deila clearly does appear to have an eye gor a good signing, and can motivate players who WANT to be motivated, and CAN set his team up well (even if at times he has done so poorly).

Ronny does look like he's nursing the mother of all hangovers everytime you see him
This job has turned him to drink

Honestly now I don't know how to feel about Ronny. He's a good manager and brings so many positives to the Club, yet the boards funding could have changed so drastically in 3 years that we go from last 16 in the champions league to not winning a single Game in the Europa. I do want to keep him but there must be better managers who can get us places with a strict budget better than he can

I done the opposite up there ya tadger:56: you're not one of they *, you just think he's good enough. I don't,

I think Simunovic is his only good signing out of the 19 or so he's made, that properly worries. Especially because we're only going for people Ronny's seen himself.

    That worries me, a lot.

Think we're on to a winner with Allan right enough, looks a player with creativity and baws. Can't mind the last Scottish * with those traits :smiley-laughing002:

With Moyes turning down Swansea but admitting he wants to return to management it does make you wonder if he's holding out for this job

What job does he want then? He's never gonna land another big job in England

That's what I mean mate, the thing that changed my opinion on Ronny was looking at our European statistics under him, they are absolutely shocking.

Still id risk to keep him for one more year because that's more than enough time for it and he will know his job is on the line so there would be no * about

He said 'judge me in a year' 15 months ago, it's got progressively worse since then, his job should have been on the line against Malmo. If we keep this clown I'll be shocked if we ever make it into the Champions League.

He's had his ups and downs it's hardly been getting worse, and Europe is sadly the only thing he needs to improve on because imo he is doing great everywhere rlse

One that's not Swansea. Far too many caveats there that don't suit him, he'd be expected to continue the work that Martinez, Rodgers, Laudrup and Monk's been doing.

    That's not Moyes management.

As much as i'd love pretty much anyone to take over from Deila and Collins, the next transfer window looks good for us and hopefully that can make the difference.

Some bargains and a couple of decent transfer fees might just do the trick, but you can still only pick eleven and this might be the problem. I guess the more players you sign the better the chance of you getting it right.

Best thing he could have done right now is chucked in Stokes, instead he's banned for being bored sitting on the sidelines anyway.

Banning a player who never played all season seems pointless.

I think the board are already preparing to fail in our attempt at the CL next season. Hence talking about Bitton being worth £10m so we can at least get the "Southamton" money to offset the loss of CL money.

The epl has its managers they like to use and if you get into the clan your set for life.

I can see him bouncing round the epl for a long time.

We aren't talking about it, his agent wasn't talking about it, he isn't talking about it. The Daily Record did.

There is zero chance of Bitton leaving in the summer, if there was it'd be a shitload more than £10m, him being on a 5 year contract.

i wouldnt give this dud anymore money to waste in january and the quicker the three stooges are gone the better and lawwell needs to get a manager in with a bit of european experience .

He's had good and bad signings. Allan for instance is looking quality.

We have a manager with European experience now.
