Anycunt that employs half decent tactics and possibly has a plan b

 

He's a coach, not a manager.

Got to go now before we embarrass ourselves further in Europe. Can't believe he put Bitton at centre half, one of the worst decisions he's made.

 

If Ronny is sacked, Collins and Kennedy must go too none of the interim manager * with those 2 there to blame as well

 

Ffs we've been this * and still all we need to do is win the next 2 games get ronny out and someone in to energies us through these 2 games.

 

Well he was originally meant to be our assistant manager, I think that's as good as it gets for him.

 

We should be able to compete comfortably with teams on similar or lower budgets than us. I don't give a * what circumstances any manager has to work under as the minimum requirement is to get a team to function properly.

 

That's the thing, the fans judge the team on European football, rightly so as we are head and shoulders above the SPL teams. But the board are happy to judge the team and the manager on domestic fronts alone, seeing Europe as a bonus. That mentality has led us to where we are in so many aspects it is unreal. From the general downsizing, to the accepted calibre of players and investment, to the mediocre performances in Europe. it's all not good enough and the priorities of the people running the club (manager, board) do not match the fans.

no fan expects us to win the European cups, but we expect to go through at worst in the Europa group. Asking for a manager and players of a better calibre of Molde and Ajax isn't asking too much for a club of our size and appeal. Which is getting smaller with every bit of nonsense we see over the years now.

The three of them need to go.

Ronny has a long term plan and he got the time at Stromsgodset to implement that plan.

That was never going to happen at Celtic.

By all means have a long term plan but you have to be savvy enough to take care of the here and now.

I've no doubt in my mind that Ronny would have a team of * machines in 4 years time running through brick walls.

It's not enough though, you have to have tactical nous and he has the square root of * all.

Just go and take Collins and Kennedy and Lawwell and half the * team with you.

Rip it up and start again.

* knows how we do that though.

 

Were not gonna get a big name manager now so if it was the choice of Ronny staying or Collins till the summer I'd take Ronny staying

In all honesty though. Where do all these posters come from after a defeat?

 

Can't we get rid of both and get a manager that is good enough? No one is asking for Val Gaal, Klopp or the likes. But surely we can attract better than Deila and Collins to the job.

 

In a nutshell.
Feel for the guy. This could ruin his career. But no space for sentiments. He's not cut out for this gig.

 

I will not succumb to the Ronny Deilar bashing yet. I'll tell you what, that team is the most disgusting team I've seen in my life. The team is not good enough to perform the basics and no manager should have to deal with that.

You cannot go from our team last season (VVD, Denayer, Guidetti, Matthews) to the absolute gash we have just now and not place the blame with our board.

The board are responsible for the buy "cheap and in bulk" policy and it will end up destroying us as a football club on an OPERATIONAL/ON THE FIELD basis and could end up goosing us up financially too.

Ronny is just the front man and he is attempting to get us playing with total donkeys. How can professional footballers be so bad? Boyata, Blackett, Ambrose, Izzaguirre, Gordon? If that is what you have at your disposal then how can you blame the manager?

 

Who exactly are 'these posters' ?
Everyone goes on about the low posters, re appearing. I only see 1 or 2. Not the masses it's made out to be.

 

Sorry to say, but actually you don't. Molde have had a pretty mediocre season in Norway, due to injuries etc. but they won the league last year, and have a good team. They also beat Fenerbache 3-1 away. And I'm pretty sure that none of the other scottish PL-teams would have been top 10 in the norwegian league. That's how bad Scottish PL is at the moment. When you play against abysmal teams each week, it's hard to do well in Europe.

Hopefully Rangers will get up and give you some competition again, I'm sure you'll benefit from that.

Although I wish Celtic all the best, it's really hard for me to understand the expectations.

If Tim Sherwood can manage (?) a PL team, then certainly Deila can manage a SPL-team...

 

The defence tonight were Ronny's players. * all to do with the board.

 

As was the team selection and the 'tactics'. It's Ronny's fault alright.

 

Some people like myself just read everyday on here, but when I see something interesting I will post on it or when I feel like the soul of our club is being ripped apart I will post about it.
