    One of his main objectives when he came in seemed to be to improve eating habits and make the players fitter.
    I personally never saw a fitness issue with any of lennon's teams but Ronny went out of his way to highlight this.
    It's pretty obvious that there has been absolutely no improvement in the teams fitness or energy levels- it could be argued that things are worse.
    Ronny knows how to say the right things but getting very concerned that he is just all talk.

    It's pretty obvious we are a far fitter and more energetic side under Deila than under Lennon.

    Coincidentally that doesn't automatically mean better but one look at their body shape or one read of how leaner they are as a whole tells you all you need to know.

    I can't bring myself to vote on this ... I really want Deila to succeed, but I just don't have that same belief we could get a result against anybody like I did with Lennon.

    Not from what I saw last night. At 2-0 down some sort of response would have been expected but the whole team looked flat and knackered.

    Does anyone know where to find the video of Ronny giving a lecture/ telling a story of his career in football in Norwegien? Someone on here translated it into English (subtitles) as well.

    He says something in that which I immediately remembered after last night's match. If someone can point me in the right direction Id be grateful.

    Edit: I googled 'Ronny Deila subtitles' and it came up straight away :56:
