Couldnt really argue against any of Neilson, McInnes or Ronny getting it. McInnes failing to reach a cup final should go against him, as will Ronnys start to the season. If we had won the treble it was Ronnys handsdown. Neilson running away with the championship was fantastic but it is the championship

 

Deila won't get it, don't think he should either. Derek McInnes should be 3rd or 4th in the list. He's done well but how far did they get in the cups?

Hughes or Neilson would be my pick.

 

Are people NOT wanting Ronny to get it?
or don't think he will get it?

 

Looking forward to seeing 4 trophies in the TC banner heading.

He is the manager of the year, in more ways than one.

He has charmed the pants off every *, got us playing some good football, was one cheating * away from a possible treble and has done it with the sharpest of minds, the humility to admit when wrong, the foresight to change it up when it wasn't happening and the ability to change the senior players and keep them happy while doing so.

* all this talk about budgets and teams playing with a hand tied behind their back therefore somehow being deserving of it... it's all bollocks.

Ronny Deila is the best manager in the league end of, give him the * plaque and stop fannying about.

Finishing second with aberdeen is a bigger achievement then winning the league with celtic but mcinnes * hes chance with the cups.

Want ronny to win but wouldn't be annoyed at nielson walked the championship on the back of a horrible year for hearts and was unlucky with the two cup draws being us in the early stages.

* Aberdeen, they're only doing what they should be doing, and that is coming second.

They went out of both cups early, and out of europe before august as well, so they've only had the league to concentrate on for the past couple months whislt we had semi finals and a final plus European games inbetween so it was inevitable it would take it's toll and we'd drop some points, but still we're 11 points ahead with 3 games to go, so get it up them.

I think we will finish about 18 points ahead of them actually.

 

Aberdeen are the second biggest club in the league with the second biggest budget in the league and the second best team in the league..

How so the battle for second is a much more level playing field. The gulf in quality between us and aberdeen then it is with aberdeen and likes of dundee utd and ICT.

 

But Aberdeen aren't flogging players off to buy, they can go out and buy one of the better youngster's in the league in McLean, to pull away..

Caley thistle can't, and neither can Dundee United..

Closer than the gap between us and the rest but they are now the dominant second and will and should be for the foreseeable..

 

Somebody needs to take lessons from Tim Malloy Bhoy and Coatbridge Bhoy.

It might be hard when things are going well but you must resist the temptation to dive in too early and risk making an * of it.
