Its like falling in love for the first time with Ronny, I've loved managers but never like this.

I wanted Mowbray to succeed here and was gutted when it didn't, Ronny will go down as one of the very best when his time comes to an end

It's pretty crazy, listening to Ronny's interviews you can learn a lot about life and being a good person in general.

    Guy's a revelation.

I can see a lot of things changing in Scottish football if he has a long successful career at Celtic, teams will naturally have to get fitter to compete, that can only be a good thing for our game and National team.

He is a cool cat. :smiley-laughing002:

I agree with this too. Other teams are going to need to get their * together to keep up at this rate.

I think he is exactly the kind of voice needed in this country, and he is far too astute to let snide questions get in the way of what he is trying to promote.

    Ronny is the DOGS BOLLOCKS.

Composed, confident, honest, ambitious yet realistic, happy, stress-free (in a typically highly stressful job). Love the guy. I think we're in for fantastic times ahead, with the zombies stagnating in the championship and the apparent lack of challenge in the league, our only way to progress is in Europe, and as we've seen from the performances against Inter, we're already playing a much more attacking and modern style (after 6 months!).

I suspect we'll sail through our qualifiers, the real test will come in the group stages. Then we'll see what Ronny and HIS team are made of.

These journalists ask some * questions:

"Ronny, who do you want to be when you grow up?"

"What do you think of John Hartson saying he disnae like you, then saying he does?"

"Ah have loadsa pals in Norway who used to be Rangers fans."

No wonder this country is the way it is.

Aren't Norwegians well known for just calling it as it is? They don't sugar coat things and they frown on vanity for the sake of it. Personal wealth isn't a big issue either with them and they tend to frown on people who're flashy. Not a bad role model if you ask me. :50:

I'm not too clued up on my Norwegian stereotypes, but if they're all like Ronny then I bet it's a fantastic country.

Is anybody else worried that with all they hype we're making about Ronny, the good feel about the club and the fitness and performances of the team that some of the mega bucks clubs will come sniffing?

I personally think Ronny is loving celtic and he does seen a loyal guy, but on the other hand you hear him talking about ambition, and developing. A top 6 offer down South might be too much of an opportunity for him to say no. I hope not, but he's really causing a hype up here and if we perform well in Europe next season then heads will turn.

    I'm worried about a low-mid table offer.

Nah I doubt he'd leave us for a 'smaller' team. He has a lot of respect for our club and he realises it's a massive job for him. He could take us further than he could ever take Everton, Swansea etc.

Top 6 would make him think though.

I also think he realises that the epl is much more cut throat than up here, don't think he'd be afforded the necessary time down there.

Earlier in the season i started to think the job was too big for him, that he'd bitten off more than he could chew, but in the last few months the picture has come into focus, we're actually playing the brand of football he spoke about, it's entertaining and exciting to watch.
