    Thanks for the info on Ronny, the more I read about him, the more excited I get.

    A couple of questions, I've heard a lot about the philosophies he goes by, but it would be great to get a fans point of view on it. What is his preferred formation? What kind of football does he like to play?

    For the first 4-5 seasons he played more or less 4-3-3 constantly. He likes his team to press high and aggressive when not in possession and counter fast when winning the ball high on the pitch. In possession he likes to outpass the opposition really, and then hit hard when the openings are there. It has been beautiful to watch Strømsgodset play football the last seasons, some of the attacking has been of a very high class.

    For the last couple of seasons he has gone from a consistent 4-3-3 to experimenting with a 4-2-3-1 system if he feels the team needs more depth in midfield.

    Kim Andre Madsen or Lars Christopher Vilsvik would probably do well at Celtic. Good Centre Half (Madsen) and midfielder (Vilsvik).
