The pressure at a club like Celtic is immense, fans expect instant results, the media are relentless, the club is expected to win every game.

This new manager knows nothing of this. Its a silly risk to take, I hope it pays off.

I can't believe some people on here - its the same on KDS. We finally get a young, inspiring and loyal manager who has jumped at the chance to come work for us. Yet, we have already labelled him a Barnes?

 

No, it means we may play like Dortmund, but might fall before the final to clubs with massively more spending power than us .

"Philosophies" pfft.

- He has no media experience of Glasgow, the Glasgow media will be like sharks
- Different Culture which he will not be used to
- He did well at a small club with no expectations
- Fans are totally different here, expect results every week
- Never played or managed out of Norway
- Poor European experiences with his club as manager
- Fairly inexperienced in dealing with the mentalities of big players, who expect to play every week and the problems that brings.

It's a major major risk to bring this guy in. I hope he does well but the signs point to failure for me.
