The cardigan won a couple of SPLs went to England and done * all. Should his achievements(lack of) reflect on all SPL managers. Martinez?

I would love too see a norwegian in charge but its ridicolous it went from talks about laudrup and moyes to some random norwegian...

Bring on malky mckay instead. Someone who knows the celtic way

I'm just worried about this, the club should've made a decision by now which makes me think that whoever is appointed is 4th/5th choice.

They contacted Larsson and he said no, so did Keane. We would be mad not to contact Malky, Clarke and Moyes - so I imagine they have said no as well otherwise they would have it by now right?

I doubt the likes of McNamara and Garcia have been contacted.

Then there is Coyle and his shorts...

He won't be some "random" Norwegian if he has been on the board's shortlist now, would he?

So says the papers. Celtic have said nothing of the sort.

Like everything else in this carry on it's pure conjecture.

    I didn't say definitely.

But a quality striker could've got us that breakthrough goal we needed against Milan and Ajax away and Barca at home. Which were all close games.

Was Lennon not first choice? I was under the impression that he came in as an interim manager and did not too bad so we decided to give him the job full time. Or is my memory failing me?

We said we were chatting to 5+ people. Larsson said he had a contract and was honouring it, no official offer was made to Keane - who wanted to keep the ROI job. Clarke was interviewed over the weekend. How do you know Deila isn't the first person to be offered the role?

Are you a naturally pessimistic person? Did you worry when Lennon took over? Why worry about what's going to happen? Live a little and enjoy the fact we appear to be getting a manager that likes to play expansive football and is willing to learn from Klopp and Rodgers etc.

No, but you said pay £8m and not come 4th place..........potato/potAto.

There were many aspects to our game missing in the last campaign, not just some multi-million pound striker.

I'd be VERY surprised if other managers were not interviewed for the job......very surprised.
