Bullshit. They get interviewed? Like, ''tell me about your weaknesses'' and ''why do you want to work for us?'' type intervews. The *, can you just hand in a CV for this?

 

I put it down to age, most are under 40 on here, bar a few?

I always use the stats from KDS because many of them are shareholders and put up the accounts for each financial year - thats how I knew we spent just £5m on Balde; Pukki and Boeriggter.

Some of the chat over there though is abysmal. A good few talk us and the Scottish league down quite a bit. You aren't even allowed to swear - say's it all man!

Of course they would get interviewed. Are they compatible with the current staff? Will they be bring in their own staff? Will they adhere to the model the club is implementing?

Man there is a hundred questions to ask potential candidates, I've no doubt we are talking to at least 2 or 3 individuals at the moment.

We should just round all our candidates up and make them fight for it.

Spot on. I've tried KDS a few times and the I prefer the community atmospher in here. A bit more positive and lively debates. In KDS, 50 threads are opened a day so the conversations get diluted.

I also noticed a lot of the posters seem to be all for Coyle signing. They clearly don't know what they are talking about :smiley-laughing002:

Aye obviosuly there are questions to be asked but I can't imagine it's an interview type situation. We would be needing to sell the club to the managers, not the other way around. Imagine asking someone with any kind of experience or expertise to come down for an interview and we'll let you know after we've looked at other candidates. Someone like Laudrup or Moyes (i.e. with profile) are way beyond asking why Celtic should hire them, it's the details (like you say, squad development, footballing style etc) that have to be checked.

There will still be a face to face before anything is decided though. It might be further down the line rather than an initial interview but there will be a face to face meeting before anything is signed.

I actually like that about Kerrydale Street. I generally find that people who don't swear, or swear very little, in their posts are far more interesting to listen to than someone who has to use a string of F and C words to get their point across.
