Yes to Laudrup. Finally a suggested manager that's worthy of the club.

Anyone feel laudrop might not want the job considering his brother's link to the dead club?

Laudrup would be good I think. Some of the players he got at Swansea at a relatively cheap price would suit our signing policy also. That Michu was only about £2million.

That will have no impact on his decision if he is offered the job in my opinion. He would maybe turn us down, but not for that reason.

Nah, I doubt he cares about that. Plus anytime I have heard Brian speak of us he speaks well. He always goes on about how us and them are an institution and Glasgow has a derby like no other and all that.

    He would probably encourage him.

Not sure he'll want the job because he might fancy another job in England or Spain. Doubt his Brother having played for r*ngers will have much affect on his decision.

Nah I don't think that he or Brian for that matter are like that. Although he is considered a hero by 'them' he is not bitter and twisted like many other ex-cream buns.

How is Michaels son doing? He seemed like a good prospect at Nordsjaelland, went onloan to St Etienne Im sure.

Wish we could talk Ottmar Hitzfeld into postponing his retirement after world cup...would be a class appointment!

I was just thinking about him there. Must be getting on quite a bit now though. What a manager.

Ottmar Hitzfeld is a German former football player and manager, nicknamed der General, and "Gottmar Hitzfeld". With a total of 18 major titles, mostly accumulated in his tenures with Grasshopper Club Zürich, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.

    Agreed...and a true gentleman apparently!

It's true, though. Brian's time at Rangers two decades ago means that much to Michael that he'd actually be prepared to destroy his own hard-won reputation in order to * us over. :87:
