Would Weighorst even come in as an assistant?

Best odds available on Coyle are 4/6.. Very * damning.

Starting to like the thought of Wieghorst as Manager.

Provided it was an experienced manager or someone close to him, perhaps. He's probably looking to manage a team himself though.

I know Henke was favourite with the bookies during the week so it isn't really always a sign. However, normally when the bookies slash the odds and make someone favourite they are always right. The bookies rarely lose!

I await for something special though but I think I will be sorely disappointed. :54:

Roy Keane is into 3rd favourite!

If it was a year on and Roy had been with MON for that time I think it would be perfect

Right now though, I'm not to sure...

Please not Owen Coyle, i would be asking aome serious questions about the boards thought process if they appointed him.

It wont be coyle, the board know that a high amount of fans don't want him...they will/should take this into consideration..

My money is Garcia, but would like Moyes or Mackay

Wouldn't touch Keane or Di Canio with a barge pole.

Larsson was odds on a few days ago even though it wasn't going to happen, I wouldn't worry to much. The board must know how much of a shambles Coyle would be, even if they were going for the cheapest option (an out of work manager) then there are better choices than Coyle. My chocolate lab, for example. A can of Nescafe with a smiley face drawn on it? Lots of better options.

Tommy wright guided st Johnstone to memorable European victories and the first major trophy in their history.

I like Owen Coyle, he seems a nice enough guy, but if that is the height of the boards ambitions I'd be really worried about what direction we're going in.

I'm actually swaying towards Garcia as a realistic option, could be interesting and he's bound to have some useful contacts in Spain.

Tommy Wright would no doubt do a good job but he isn't a big enough name to please the people who make their minds up before giving managers/players a chance.

There is a * load of those people on here. Greeting about Coyle being a possibility etc.

Sounds good, back to back cup wins for a club who have won sweet * all before. Big M or Garcia for me.

I doubt it. Unless he was coming in with a experienced manager with the view to taking over in a year or two when the guy moves on.

I think you've got the wrong end of the stick..the board don't care about the fans

Coyle would do a good job too I think. I wouldn't be jumping for joy I'd he signed but he's a good manager and cares about the club.

Just throwing Tommy's name out there as I'm a fan of his and I really took to st Johnstone this season.
