    Someone has already mentioned it, but we should be looking to European leagues instead of ex bottom half EPL & Championship managers or ex players, without a doubt there will be some german, dutch, spanish, danish etc etc managers out there who have a good footballing philosophy just waiting to be given their chance at a club, thats the kind of manager we should get in. Get us someone who wants to shake things up give them time to implement a style not someone whos going to just play to the same old same old which by the looks of it we are going to get. But they will have my full support no matter who it is.
