Coyle turned us down the last time he was offered, we shouldn't have to ask someone a second time. Especially a so called fan.

Last season Champions League Campaign was *.
We get tuffed out of both Cups last season too.
Lenny was never my first choice for manager, and he wasn't that good.
Win three leagues with no real competition. I could have done that.

if he wants it so bad make him walk through broken glass and a fire pit the length of Celtic Way and he seemed to walk in the opposite direction last time he was offered it

Last season wasn't as good because we sold two of our best players. We done terrible in the cups but that can happen to any team in any season. You're clearly not a fan of lennon and you're letting that cloud your judgement of his legacy.

He didn't walk barefoot when he was offered the job the last time, so what's the difference now :bbpd: because he's out of work:87:

This, he basically done what Di Canio did last season with Sunderland.

I would be happy with Garcia. He won the league in Israel with Maccabi (their first after 10 year post), and took Brighton to playoff. His career is in the rise.

Coyle can * off as far as I'm concerned. Not good enough for Celtic, simple as that. And please don't ruin this forum with your childish trolling, it's really getting boring.

Found out in Europe? His first season as a CL manager he steered us into the last 16 of the competition - beating Spartak home and away and beating the best team on the planet at the time.

If you mean this/last season's poor showing in the CL - that wasn't exactly a result of Lennon being 'found out' was it? Far from it.

    No, you couldn't.

You are the guy that wanted us to hire Craig Levein the last time we were looking for a manager. I think I'll take your opinion of Neil Lennon's achievements with a pinch of salt.

Excuses. We even failed to get in the Europa for Christ's sake under Lenny.:smiley-laughing002:

Not letting anything cloud my judgement, I quite took to Lenny during his tenure, but I was not beguiled, he had his limitations as a manager, especially tactically wise. We can do better.

We lost a one off game against Sion in his first few weeks in charge. Hardly a great tie to gauge his effectiveness in Europe imo.

And you are the guy who said Mowbray would make a good Celtic manager :smiley-laughing002:

    I rest my case.

Exactly anyone who thinks they could win this league or any professional league for that matter is utterly deluded, you only have to look at the shambles that was Mowbray when Lennon took over ffs

Id love to see David Moyes get it, he was always on a hiding to nothing taking the Man U job after SAF and the work he done with Everton is just what we should be looking at for Celtic....only issue iis Chris Woods, if Moyes tried to bring him in.....wouldnt be too popular imho

There was * all wrong with thinking Mowbray would succeed he took hibs and made players out of them to then be sold on played football the right way aswell!

I honestly think he came at a bad time imagine Mowbray coming in at the point we found gems like izzy wanyama etc * knows where it went wrong the wrong investment for a start mowbrays failure wasn't just his own doing
