I wasn't referring to the style of football I was referring to the pressures involved of being Celtic manager. The way the media works and of course the sectarianism and bigotry and how to deal with it appropriately. We also need someone who will keep the officials and authorities in check and stop them scheming against us.

Most jobs are about what experience do you have.

Board are a disgrace if they go for Coyle. They will have him under their big fat thumb. Rejected us off * Burnley in the past, why take a failed Wigan gaffer. Rosler is a shout.

What does he have to do to prove it then? The same as Lennon did?

Rosler isn't a boyhood tim. Coyle is.

Coyle is a good gaffer. Had Burnley playing good football and got them promoted. Then moved to Bolton, & saved them from relegation. Burnley on went on the downward spiral due to him leaving.

Coyle will do well here. It will be a mere continuation of Lennon's style of play, flair and playing personnel. In keeping with our financial model.

    Hail Hail.

Im sorry but you need to take that quote down and never use it again.
It spoils the story the board went for lennon because he was the cheap option and all we do is count the £££££££.

Owen Coyle wanted to try his hand at the Premiership, which is the same reason our outgoing Manager has left.

It is utterly ridiculous to suggest he isn't a suitable candidate because of that. Owen Coyle loves Celtic as much as me or anyone else on this board but no one is perfect and people make mistakes - he himself has acknowledged that particular one. He is a better option than some of the other reported candidates.

Aye but when will he be ready on paper to take the Celtic job, when hes won leagues and cups in Sweden? Look at Solskjaer he won things in Scandinavia touted as a great coach went to england and bombed.
I personally dont know if Larsson's the right man but experience doesn't guarantee success or anything else.

    Think this quote seals it

Falkenberg, who appointed Larsson at the beginning of 2014, have also confirmed their manager has been approached by a club, although they would not reveal whether the contact emanated from Glasgow.
"Henrik is the manager of our club," the club's sporting director Hakan Nilsson told STV. "We talk to each other every day. He is a very honest person. He said he has had contact from a club.
"The only thing I know is Henrik is staying with Falkenberg this season. He said that to me.
"As I said, I can say Henrik is a very honest person. He is staying with Falkenberg this season

Pope Francis 500/1 to be the next Celtic manager... I hear he's a good Celtic man.

We don't need a tim necessarily though mate. I for one would have Rosler over Coyle, as I would Garcia over many other candidates with associations with the club.

Surely the board know they'll have shot themselves in the foot if they appoint that clown Owen Coyle. No chance fans will be turning up in their thousands to watch his dross football every week and I'd be willing to put money on him being a failure and getting the sack within a year.

Our next manager doesn't need to be a 'Celtic man' for * sake.
