We should go down the foreign route. Apart from Malky and maybe Moyes, the old boys club candidates arent up to the job yet. Would have loved Bielsa here but he's not long joined Marseille.

He turned it down once why should he get another chance when there are so many better candidates out there

I really really want Moyes but I don't think there is slightest chance for this.

If we were signing Zola to play behind the strikers I'd agree, but we aren't. Maradona is a * manager, so why his nurturing of Zola would have anything to do with it is beyond me.

A lifelong Celtic fan, managing the club is always said to be a dream of his. But he turned the job down in 2009 when boss of Burnley after Tony Mowbray was sacked by the Parkhead board. He is out of work at the moment having been bulleted by Bolton in 2012.He is now set for talks with the club.

Bit of an over reaction. We are just all * scared because of what happened with Mowbray.

If Coyle gets it I will be very underwhelmed, but I'll back him 100%.

Didn't want us but now he is out of work he can fill his life long dream.
Very uninspiring times ahead if celtic do this.

He should be interviewed. Asked to sing The Celtic Song on the front steps. Then told "we will get back to you on the result of your interview" and then phoned later on that week and told to get *.
    Burnley ya *!

The problem with Coyle is that any measure of success with us that draws attention from down south will see him * off at the first available opportunity.

He turned us down for Burnley.

That shows you how highly he regards us and the Scottish game.

I wonder if we'll hear anything from Tony Adams this time.

It was a bit of an over-reaction, sorry. But Celtic is no place for sloppy seconds. He had his chance before and he rejected us. That coupled with the fact he is a carbon copy of Mowbray would make this a tragedy waiting to happen.

What about Tim Sherwood? At least he wouldn't be a yes man. He played good football with Spurs and had the highest win % of any Spurs manager ever in the EPL if I'm right?
