    He confirmed that Celtic have accepted an offer from Derby County for the transfer of Kenny Miler, who is in Derby at the moment discussing the move. “Kenny might think it is better to get a regular first team place somewhere else.

    “Being a greedy man, I would like all my good players to stay, but that is not always possible.

    “We would like a squad of 30 players, but even if you have only 18 players you would still have trouble keeping them all happy

    What do we know about Killen? He sure scored goals at Hibs with a weaker lineup... And yet he is not a better finisher than miller..

    It's funny how most of our fans were shouting for him to get to * for practically the whole year and now that he's scored afew goals so many people want to keep him.

    I think the fact that any team paid money for him is a miracle.

    If this happens all I can say is best of luck to Miller who always gave 100% for the jersey. He just wasnt Celtic class but that takes nothing away from him as a man.

    Maybe a mistake ?

    Can't help thinking its a mistake to let KM go. He's not a natural goalscorer but his pace and work effort did, I feel sure, make a difference.
    A lot of SPL central defenders will be glad to see him leave.

    Like someone said in this thread or another... A month or two ago getting this kind of money for Miller was beyond imaginable. And now that we got this kind of money, people want him to stay?

    For what 3 league goals?
