Just my own thoughts but i think either we bring in Larsson and sell off the assets or we don't shortchange the fans this time and try and build upon the squad we already have,I have never seen a Celtic manager leave the club with the team in such good shape so i'd like to see us build on it further under an even better background team than Lennon/Parker/Mjallby. On the other hand if it's Owen Coyle it'll take me about 3 days to stop greetin, what a * poor appointment that would be.

Think we're saying that out of hope more than anything else though.

There just isn't a great appeal to manage a club like us anymore and it saddens me to say it. Realistically unless you pull off the miracle of getting out the Group Stage of the Champions League your looking at 6 interesting games in a season and the chance of a cup final or two.

A manager like Moyes will be able to get another club in the Premier League easily whereas our manager has left us to look at taking over a club in the Championship. Thats the sad truth

If Guus Hiddink did PSV and Australia, then O'Neill can do a club and a NT at the same time as well.

We have to qualify for the Champions League, that is a must, and the best chance we have of doing so, is if we have a manager in place as soon as possible to get to know the squad in my opinion.

No chance he will take the job . O'Neil is a cheque book manager.

The cycle of penny pinching must end as well. Can the fans go out on CP and threaten with non-renewal of season tickets if the board doesn't hire an experienced manager?

Henrik is a hero to me but not quite ready for a job this size, the last thing is want is an unsuccessful era and his reputation to be tainted by it. I mean look how many rangers fans are hating Fat Aly.

This is the perfect job for Moyes to go to and show the world how good he really is and even more special to manage the club he supports. My only worry is that he isnt quite ready to get back into management after being * on by united.

I'm hoping for either Malky Mackay or Steve Clarke.

No doubt it will be Owen Coyle, though.

Moyes too big for Celtic! I would say it's the other way round, what a * Danny Murphy is. It would be a good job for Moyes he should take the job if it's offered to him.

If the playing budget for next season is too small to keep Neil Lennon at the club then there is zero chance of it being enticing enough to lure David Moyes here.

Our board will be aiming for someone cheap and someone who is so grateful for the opportunity to manage a club the size of Celtic that they will accept strict financial limitations being placed upon them. The likes of Larsson, Coyle, McNamara and possibly Malky Mackay are the people we will be looking at.

I really don't know who I want. Henrik is a no for me, undoubtedly a legend as a player and he could be a good manager but needs to prove himself a bit more I think. Jackie is a future Celtic manager but not just yet I think. David Moyes, would be a decent appointment but he'd command to big a pay packet and transfer budget in my opinion not to mention his less than easy on the eye football. Owen Coyle is just a flat out no-no. Malky would be my option but having already managed in the EPL I think he'll expect a job there, whether that be t Norwich or WBA. Paul Lambert would be the last option but i don't think he'd come, he's said in the past he doesnt want to work in the 'goldfish bowl' that is Glasgow but it could be a possibility assuming he loses his job at Villa.

Said it before, but been mentioned several times in the media in Ireland that Desmond is a big fan of Owen Coyle. Think he or Larsson is pretty much a dead cert.
