For * sake grow up; over zealous sewarding! Take off the martyr cap and just behave at a match and you will be fine.

The club gave punters chance after chance to get their act together, and the atmosphere was braw when the Green Brigade (i,m assuming thats the brunt of the over stewarding arguement is coming from) were in full cry, * loved it!. But ffs they wouldnt even take heed when the club asked them to stop the lateral movement.

Now i,m not a structural engineer, but i,m pretty sure safety wouldnt have been compromised; but the club asked them to stop and they didnt....were even giving it the same pish at the Inverness game.

FFS what are they CRABS! cant they * stop "lateral movement" for 90 * minutes? is it some primal urge to move sideways (Ferguson syndrome).no... full of pish and then blame it on over zelous stewards and violating their "rights". What about the rights of the club to say, dont * do that?

And the club dont seem to have an issue when 60,000 is giving it large on CL nights! whys that?

Cannot be arsed with hard done uber fans; I have sung at many a game, for many a year, usually pished and have yet to have an issue.

I have, barely went last year to be honest had other commitments and on other occasions laziness really. Enjoy it when I'm there although some nuggets that go shouting abuse at some players in my section really fried my nut.

Serious? :56:That was dragging on for years and the club were found out to have lied about the background to it. It was why it was then accepted, after talks last August, that this could be done and it was as it always had been.

Of course it was pish! total and utter bollocks...point is if your asked to refrain to do something, best thing to do is not do it.

If you asked a visitor to your house not to * on yer couch and they did, you would reserve the right to take whatever form of action you see fit.

Hows it irrelevant when its happening in our ground? :97: Attendances are down and the atmosphere is getting worse and you think it's because everybody cant be assed? Well im testament to the fact that you're wrong for at least one person and i can't believe im alone in thinking what i do.

Are you at Celtic Park singing your heart out every weekend we're playing? If so id be interested to know where you sit, i might come and join, or are you another that cant be arsed?
The atmosphere at away games has been hit and miss this season. Away games are definitely better than home games for atmosphere but that's the case for every team everywhere. I think away games generally gather a more hardcore support in a small space which makes it easier to generate a better atmosphere. Plus the fact that around 80% of an away crowd is usually bollocksed and people feel less inhibited by external influences.

The atmosphere at the European games outside of when we were beating Ajax wasn't good at all this season.

They had a bee in their bonnet for months at the start about standing and how Celtic Park could lose it's safety certificate - do you think that section 111 should have just sat down? Or did they do the right thing by calling it bullshit and continuing to stand? For years we got announcements at some away grounds for us all to sit down, do you think we should just all have sat down at these grounds? Or did we do the right and continued to stand?

Pay your money, do as your told, sit down and shut up! :56:

Your whole post is absolute bollocks. Largely because i have * all to do with the green brigade and what I've witnessed since the green brigade was banned has obviously had nothing to do with them.

The first bit of your post is embarrassing to be fair, how the * am i trying to be some sort of martyr, do you even know what that word means? As for behaving myself :smiley-laughing002: what the * are you on about?

Maybe people like you are a part of the problem as well, ever ready to stick the boot in to fellow fans and make it out to be their fault because Celtic as a club can do no wrong in your eyes, thus creating a massive split in the support.

Are you being deliberately obtuse? I said it was largely irrelevant to the question you posed, which it is. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
    <o:p> </o:p>
Of course stewarding and policing is an issue, that’s why I said above that the stewarding and policing issue remains a problem! <o:p></o:p>

Atmosphere wise, most cant be *. Living off a game once or twice a year, reality most don't bother their * or organising anything.

If fans did we could get back to decent atmosphere, reality there is no demand for it. Be it from the fans and the club, with those that do priced out or banned.

Its irrelevent anyway, you wont be there next year as the big bad stewards have chased you away.

And the split between fans is in your head only as its only on forums you see anyone even bring it up.

In terms of atmosphere, Motherwell pishes over the whole league & the rest of Scotland. That's the reality here.

    :smiley-laughing002:

So people weren't taking banners off other people because they didn't like what was written on them, there wasn't any in fighting at all in the ground, people were totally unanimous in support for the club in banning the green brigade, everyone wants to song rebel songs? Yeah the split in support is all in my head.

You want sound stewards and a good atmosphere, I suggest Motherwell is the club for you.

Did you hear and see the embarrassing attepmt at "stand up for the Green Brigade"...Aye did and think it spoke volumes that they had lost the majority of fans.

And I * loved them, but was getting embarrassing making out like some sort of "Ultra" crap.

I * sing rebel songs with all my heart; but dont do it at the games as its not the sensible thing to do. Time and a place for everything mate.

Total minorty that think they were hard done by, by the club.

Would say the above is right. By and large, our support don't give a * about atmosphere.

Content to live off a games years back. Reality most don't care. No clamour for a return of the 'Green Brigade', or any off shots.
