    Absolutely, he clearly loves the club as well. And we all love him. Gutted if he goes. I would give him a 3-year contract and let him finish at the club. He deserves it.

    There are lots of players who love the club and lots of players who are loved by the fans but lets be honest this is a business, and you can't give a contract to a guy because he did something in the past. You have to justify it by what they can do in the future. And with Commons age and "non-athletic" build it's hard to see him justifying a 3 year contract.

    He was playing as an individual on Monday. I lost count of how many times he went for goal when his team mates were in better positions.

    His team mates who can barely score a goal between them in recent weeks?

    He was alert and all over the place, probably a bit selfish in places but last season when they flew in the top bin you wouldn't be complaining.

    He's done a good job but won't get any better now. Was never a player I expected to perform well in the Champions League for example.

    Let him go and get some cash.
