Aye it's a struggle to think of who would. I think maybe Baines/Cole because the left back position is a problem position for Germany. On current form, I'd have Rooney before Ozil.

Then again, I'd have Schurrle before Rooney.

No English player would get on their bench.

That shouldn't * you off mate, that should make you laugh. As long as they keep talking like that it means they've still learned nothing. They can't see the forest for the trees. They're * halfwit *. Long may it continue.

For what price? Nah, no chance. These guys are millionaires to a man. It wouldn't be worth it, they'll never live this game down.

Aye you're right I suppose. As long as they have that mindset they will never get better.

    Clueless *.

Obviously there is the chance they could have been tanked, but in that fashion, 5 goals in 20 mins..it was insane.

England always get easy groups then their pundits have the cheek to moan about others getting it easy at the group stage of the finals. That's why I love to see them get pumped. I thought their group this world cup didn't seem too bad, to only get one point was pretty pathetic.

So 11 against one and they still couldn't get the win. He didn't think that one through...:smiley-laughing002:

So what's the chances of tomorrow nights game being a depressing 0-0 affair now then?

Indeed. Germany realised they needed to completely change things after the 5-1 match. Now look at the long terms effects of that.

England will continue doing nothing if they still think of themselves as world beaters.

England would have got pumped to that Brazil side :56: :54:

I think if Barkley was German he might have made a late cameo and if Rooney was German he might have started ahead of Klose on reputation (maybe) but that's about it.

I'll admit watching this game makes me so envious of the Germans, it seems like they'll always get to enjoy moments like this, while I'll have to watch England whimper out in the groups or quarters for the rest of my life... the worst part is that the media and pundits will continue to brainwash the nation into thinking we have a chance this time, making going out a thousand times worse. Feels bad.
