Do the club & some of it's supporters groups not still do charity work for the unemployed & children?:97:

If they do then that is consistent with the founding statement,
or do you see it differently?

I have a feeling that such a move won't appease a lot of our fans who are upset by the situation, as they'd be only too aware of the emptiness of it.

I see it differently. The main aim of the club now is generating profit for wealthy people. Sure, we do our bit for charity and suchlike, but so do most football clubs.

The supporter groups are different, I'm talking about the club here.

It was a fantastic image, mate. One half going to watch the game and not eating for a fortnight, the other buying food and listening to the game on the radio.

Do you know what % of an unemployed person's benefit did the founding fathers charge for admission to a game in the 1890's ?
I think you will find that the Uk didn't have any unemployment benefits then, so your point that admission is now nearly half a weekly benefit payment is irrelevent as in the 1890's admission charge was more than all the weekly benefits.

least one of them doesn't sing suspect songs, but instead reportedly divulges team info to the opposition
