My vote was influenced by so many fellow tims condemning him wanting him to get the sack. When it's the first real striker we have had in ages.

How has he embarrassed the club? He did it, and only him. It wasn't the whole * board and player joining in.

And he was punished. Now give it a wrap.

And I asked you what should happen?

I think he should be fined behind closed doors, the apologies been issued on his behalf. That's all he deserves in my opinion.

First real striker we've had in ages, who was the last one ??

His footballing ability has nothing to do with it for me.

The apology was for the Hearts are going bust song

He's yet to be punished for the refugee incident.

Do you not understand? Lennon aplogised for him as that's what he was told to do. Get that through your head first of all. If he was told to do it by Lawwell he would have.

He's been punished alright, condemned like fans as yourself, had an apology issued for him. What else do you want? No doubt he will be fined by Celtic as well. But that should be kept under closed doors, nobody else needs to hear that.

The apology was for the ''Hearts are going bust'' song. He has not been punished at all for the actual issue he should be apologising for. Why can't you understand that?

Agreed. He is a loose cannon. He needs to grow up. He obviously gets a few pints down him and has loose tongue. Which is no good for a pro footballer. But look at others, the likes of Balotelli and all that, he's not the only one and they are still playing with 10 times more wage than him.

However, I don't think there was anything malicious about it. He's already been punished enough in my eyes, if he does it again while at Celtic then it will have to be taken further. But I'm hoping he will be schooled by his agent and others at Celtic.

Balotelli goes to strip clubs, uses high school bathrooms, lets off fireworks in his house, stays out too late, throws darts and get parking tickets... how does that come anywhere near things Leigh has said and done?

Since you value Lennon and his opinion so highly, what do you say about this?

Quite the opposite. I don't have much respect for Lennon at all. Ever since he said Stokes damaged the reputation of the club that did it for me. Not to mention he is a very average manager. And average may be an exaggeration.

do you want Griffiths away then? Is that your general consensus? I just want to know what you think should happen.

I've already told you what should happen. I did vote for ''Issue and apology and be given another chance'' after all. He has to come out and give an apology, and this is his very last chance. If he puts a foot wrong after this, out.

Lennon apologised for him. That was Lawwell's choice, the man so up Strathclyde's finest *.

So do you want him to come out now and make an apology himself? You are basically saying you are not accepting Lennon doing it on his behalf?

And am I not right in thinking he did apologise on twitter? I could be wrong but think I heard that.

He apologised on Twitter when he told the Scottish guy with the Arab sounding name to "go back where you came from". Don't think he's apologised for this, though. Does he still have Twitter?

I'm not sure tbh, mate. That's why I was asking.

I heard Lennon is back on * twitter again? Why? For an intelligent guy he is so * stupid sometimes. So he can argue with silly wee huns.

Once again, he apologised on his behalf for the Hearts are going bust song. Nothing will happen with the Skacel song until the investigation is over probably... once he is found guilty he must come out and apologise.

    Your assumptions are ridiculous.

How do you feel about Anelka being sacked for his gesture?

My assumptions? I don't know why you are getting wound up about my views.

Right. Okay. The Skacel song, he hasn't apologised yet for that. So when the investigation is over could that result in him being banned from Scottish Football or sacked? I'm asking, not telling.

He hasn't apologised on twitter btw and he still has an account, but he hasn't tweeted since 5th of April. Obviously been told to stay away from it.

I'm not involved in the SFA or Celtic football club, so how do I know if he will be sacked? I see a large fine, a public apology and maybe a short ban being given.

    I hate this thread.

    I don't care.

    I don't * care.

    I don't care what he said ... I don't care.

Obviously, whatever he said/did was DUMB and STUPID, but is it really a big deal? No.

Celtic HAD to expect a few issues with him along the way.

Anthony Stokes, anyone? Some come with a wee bit more baggage than others.

I just want him to keep outta * trouble, and score goals.

If not, ship him the * out.

We knew he was a wee * when we signed him, so it's no surprise. Lennon looks a * though after all that talk about racism and getting sacked straight away for it.

He's not keeping out of trouble, he sang a song calling a guy a "* refugee", whilst playing for a football club founded by refugees.
