I think there could be a big backlash from fans if he is anywhere near the team right now, I know it's dragging but it's probably wise he stays away from the line and even the bench until it's all settled and also when Celtic make a official statement as to what they will be doing with him.

Agreed :50: Celtic fans don't bother about these things. Griffiths will fire us into the Champions League Group next year.

Some Celtic fans don't. Some Celtic fans obviously do.

It took us quite a while to get a striker who can strike . Surely we are not going to throw him out , especially as at this time he is still innocent until he has been proved guilty .
When did his behaviour become offensive., certainly not anything he sang , it only became offensive when broadcasted .

Just because an act can be a sackable offence, doesn't necessary mean it is always a sackable offence .

Of course it depends on the circumstances, and as you say Leigh is innocent until or unless proven guilty, which I cast doubt on in this case, given the grainy nature and sound quality of the video.Leigh has apologised for any offence taken by anyone and has received a Club fine, end of story as far as I am concerned.

Well then Celtic could be * either way, whether or not he plays if a minority support start acting like that we will not hear the * end of it.

I'll be mortified if we sing either of those tomorrow. Of course I'm perennially offended.

Can't see us singing them though.

    I hope he scores tomorrow.

Sooner this issue is settled, the better.

Is that two separate statements or do you think a goal tomorrow will put this to bed?

What a fairly awful comment from Lennon re antagonised.

At least now though we know where we stand - hopefully in the future our manager and club can stop with the empty, hollow statements on racism and discrimination just to make themselves look good.

Going to look pretty foolish when a 'Show racism the red card' day comes along - perhaps we can provided with yellow cards?

Celtic - show racism the yellow card (but only if you are a first team player that is viewed as an asset - a red card for supporters or anyone else. Aren't we just great- something more than a club by the way, honest!)

You seriously believed it was otherwise?

Don't get me wrong, in an ideal world Griffiths would have been cut loose, but this isn't an ideal world. Unfortunately.

Huge difference between the reception he got at Tannadice and today.

Never even sung his name when he scored and a few boos when he came on.

Think its clear what the majority think of him.

Nah, a "few boos" at an away game is nowhere near indicative of what the majority think of him.
