    The point is that you said off the field issues shouldn't concern us. If we signed a striker in the summer and he scored 50 goals next season and it emerged he had downloaded thousands of kiddy * images, what would you expect the club to do with him.

    Off the field issues are either of our concern or not of our concern. Which one is it?

    Of course, doesn't make either of them right though. He's in a high profile job, everything he does will reflect on the club in some light whether you like it or not.

    Fucksake just when you think it couldn't get anymore surreal. It should be a matter of massive concern. I feel for you if that is your attitude to these sort of things.

    I wouldn't refuse Suarez for biting. I would refuse him if it were ever proved that he was racist, yes. I know enough about Spanish to know his defence was plausible (not necessarily true, but plausible) and he was found guilty by an FA panel not by a jury of his peers in a court of law. Sadly, only Suarez really knows if he was being racist or not.

    It would be a police matter, surely ? It wouldn't be down to Celtic to do anything. Obviously his contract would be terminated as he would be jailed.
