I agree. I also think that large companies have procedures they follow, including taking legal advice, in such instances in order to cover their *. But Celtic should act first, I agree.

I'm sure I read the club have a zero tolerance policy on racism and it's a instant sackable offence. If this is so, then the club should be consistent and sack him following the correct process. However, i haven't seen much evidence showing that Griffiths on this occasion was racist which I why I think a final statement/decision hasn't been made.

One way or another I would like to know whats happening with him. Either they sack and find a replacement or keep him and boot his balls.

Pretty much contradicted myself with my own post but it shows what myself and many others think about this 'drama'.

I don't think that's why the club is waiting at all. If this were one of our cleaners caught on camera singing this song, we all know he/she would have been sacked for "gross misconduct" by now.

I thought all Celtic fans should stand up for one of their own . To take the word of the Daily Record/Sunday Mail who have had form stitching up Celtic and players is beyond me. You are relying on what the MSSM and an unclear video held for six days to state his guilt . I know that the police and the SFA want to use that video as prove .
I suppose Leigh can look forward to playing a role in a Scottish Cup draw some time in the future .
