russians think Donati is a fat sh*te

Did you read the article in the Daily Ranger about the Russian's opinon of Celtic players this weekend. They reckon our best are Naka, Brown, Aidan and Miller but that Donati is overweight and no threat. Cant completely disagree with that as he has looked f*ked before the hour mark in all the games he has played. If we are playing a 4-4-2 and Sno had been fullt match fit, I would play him instead of Donati and stick him on a treadmill.

 

we've seen it all before. Donati has got a lot of adjusting to do. not in terms of ability. but in terms of adjusting to the amount of time he gets on the ball, the speed of the scottish game. and readjusting to new surroundings at his new club. i always believe ye dont see the best of a new player on their first season. heez gonna be a cracker, give him time.

 

Hope Massimo shuts them up with a fine performance! I think the guy is adjusting very well and he is a damm good football player who is showing a desire to win games for us!

I agree totally mate, Donati has shown already in a few glimpses some very deft footwork and something Celtic have lacked in seasons past an ability to play a defence splitting ball fram deep (particularly in European ties away from home). Once the man gets up to speed with our game we will reap the benefits. Wanmadtim
