the way they highlighted it , two defenders on the post correct , the three tallest players along the six yard line but with no Aberdeen players in close proximity so that left Jjohannsen to mark Anderson ( he didn't ) so he gets a clear run into the box , the three centre backs don't clear it an it bounces into the path of Anderson who scores. A move they would have trained on all week because they knew the way celtic would line up at corners and in my opinion if lenny suspects that was theyre best chance of a goal why not change it. on the second goal anybody else wonder why Gollum didn't give a free kick for handball ( I know his line of sight was obscured ) but remember he did give a penalty that he had his back to and couldn't possibly have seen ..... a know nit pickin now .

When you're challenging us for the league title then you can start gloating. Knock out competition is different.

Best of luck in the final, and the Scottish cup is yours to loose. No doubt you will * it up though :50:

I'm glad there is someone taking up the mantle of becoming a force in Scotland,in your first season under McInnes second place and a possible double is there for you if you don't * up but spare me the bullshit that your close to us..
The blunt reality is you aren't and possibly never will again or certainly not for anytime soon, just because you can compete and haven't done too badly in that regard doesn't make you a better side, with that thought after yesterdays result it would make you a better side than us now and away from your gloating i'm sure you or any of you up there are daft enough to believe that..

Have fun and enjoy some big days out as we've seen you might be sleeping for another 20 odd years again!

Don't get why the Aberdeen fan is getting so much abuse.

His side came to Celtic Park, outplayed us and won. He's got every right to brag.

Hope Aberdeen get the Zombies in the next round and obliterate them.

if the last 20 years are to go by you could be right . but im serious if only we could spend we bit money then league is no dream. when everyone was on the same level look what happened. and even then in 80s your budgets were bigger. the players you bring in now are nowhere near quality you once had so I see lot tighter games come its all good :50:

We welcome it,I can't see it though..

Second and a possible cup and decent run is a great achievement for you if you can consistently compete in cups and nail second as your own you should be over the moon..
Hopefully you can represent the country well as you have before and help the the coefficient points up..

They should be the long term goals!

Believe me, I'd love it if Aberdeen, Hibs, Dundee Utd, Diet Huns etc all got there acts together and started challenging us.

The question is where is the extra money coming from for Aberdeen. Considering you are a one team city, have a big fan base and you have some history behind you (most successful European team in Scotland as Coleraine Bhoy would say:icon_mrgreen:) why hasn't that big sugar daddy came in and gave you the opportunity to spend and attract better players up north?

Isn't that Milne one of the wealthiest guys in Britain?

He's just shrewd, I think there run well,I expect them to improve next year with a bit more quality..
Still though they are nowhere near us man for man as red puts it..
We could go man for man now and compare, it would get extremely silly though..

    Red?
