  1. He does more than anyone else we have mate.

  2. No doubt but he doesn't score every time he plays.

  3. Neither has any striker in our history mate, you're being pedantic :icon_mrgreen:

I wouldn't bet against him scoring on Sunday though.

  4. It was nit picking just a tiny bit. :smiley-laughing002:

I actually went and had a look to see the last time he started a match and never scored. It's longer than I thought it would be.

  5. He's in a very good run of form, think he's now 12 goals in 12 games.

  6. Where did you check those stats mate you got a link? A thought a could mind him stating no long ago and not scoring.

Just manually looked through the stats on the official site mate.

  7. This Season
    Starts 19 Goals 8
    Sub 15 Goals 7

    Last season

    Starts 11 Goals 6
    Sub 3 Goals 1

    Total
    30 Starts 14 Goals
    18 Sub 8 Goals

  8. How many minutes did he accrue in the sub appearances, and how many of those games did he start as a wide player, rather than a central striker?

  9. Just saw that he'd prefer not to face Hibs in the final. I kind of like that, he'll always be a fan of the club he grew up supporting - as long as he's professional the day he has to play them I've got no problem with it.

  10. If Hibs get to the final and we get to the final, does that not guarantee them European football next season, win or lose? You would think, as a supporter, that would be his preferred option.

  11. Not anymore, it's only if you win

  12. Looks like dropping him for a few games got him back in form, Guidetti not taking his chance yet again.

  13. Ahhh, ok. Still he's got a job to do should we meet them in the final.

All this chat about Hibs is going to come back to haunt him should he have a howler against them.

  14. Has to be in the next Scotland squad if he's not he might as well retire from international duty

  15. I hope not.

There's no denying he's a Hibee, nor has he ever tried to hide it, and nor should he.

Stating he'd rather NOT face the team of his affections I personally don't think have any negative bearing to the way he approaches the game.

  16. I quite like it actually. Doesn't detract from his passion when he plays for us.

  17. Nothing wrong with him saying that imo, he's a die-hard Hibs fan.

  18. I agree. Steven 'Link-Up Play' Fletcher is * hopeless.
