I was just saying in the first half to my pal aswell, that since Ronny took over long range goals had dried right up, before this season under Lennon we scored loads Ki, Kayal, Wanyama, Ledley, Matthews, Stokes, Lustig, Mulgrew and whoever used to be scoring 5/6 a season under Lennon and this season only one I could mind was Commons V Sevco then bang.

Griffiths has a 50% goals to games average throughout his football career.

And the same at every club - Wolves, Celtic, Dundee, Hibs, etc.

From the time he was 16 to 24.

Coming in as a sub or starting - he has a 50% goal to games ratio.

A world class striker, still improving.

We are lucky to have him.

So Griffiths is now a world beater after scoring a hat trick against Killie? :smiley-laughing002:

We better watch Man City, PSG and Real Madrid aren't now all of a sudden interested in our world class striker.

And he will, he does sometimes seem more effective when coming on as a sub when domestic defenders tire and you have a player like him buzzing about and in his element with a bit more space..

Speaking afterwards I had the feeling they were trying to cause a rift on BBC Scotland, asking him if he was a guaranteed starter on Sunday and he said, no the manager sets the team out he thinks can win us the game. He stressed it's all about the team a couple of times, not bad when he's buzzing off scoring a treble on our way to the treble..
