Not johansen supporters..

 

Not convinced about him, doesn't seem to be as confident as he was last season.

 

Lennon had him playing brilliantly last season now the. Now the creation is back with the master and he doesn't seems as good. It doesn't make sense.

 

You'd think he would have benefited most.by ronnys appointment, the guy that set him off to winning titles and earning international call ups and player of the year has repressed more than anyone in our starting line up..

Drastically which is the worry..

 

I think its because Johansen is a bit lightweight, needs to bulk up a bit, and get a bit mentally tougher to start winning tackles breaking up opposing attacks and delivering crisper passes. He still has a tendency for hospital passes, which is a sign of a player low in confidence..He needs to be part of a three man midfield just like Ki had to be. Now whether that is a good thing or not is another question entirely.

 

This seems similar to you continually saying Stokes is a shithot player while most us thinks he's very average:smiley-laughing002:

 

Stokes is world class compared to this guy, remind us who has played more blinders this season Stokes tonight and united.. Now you go Johansen or griff even as a double?

 

A don't rate Johansen

 

Complancy with him thinking hes the first name on the team sheet under ronnie. He knew he was battling for a place when he arrived and he did do well in getting into the starting 11 and becoming a a regular. Now hes thinking happy days ronnie is here I can do no wrong.
Drop him for kayal for a couple of ganes and he will be put some shift in the first game he comes back and will look like the player he was in january.

The guy's mince. Can't pass and no awareness or composure. He's the most overrated player in the squad. Only Ambrose winds me up more than Johansen.

 

Honestly looked great when he first signed for us. His workrate is still brilliant but he really does seem to have lost his way quite some bit in regards to his passing and keeping the ball.

Hope it's just a bad spell, although it's been going on nearly all of this season.

Undecided on him.

 

I'm also baffled at the Kayal situation. Kayal runs like * and would surely suit Deila's pressing game. On the other hand Johansen has been dire and should be dropped.

Only thing I can think of is Kayal's poor technical ability. Well not poor but he certainly isn't the best passer of the ball.

 

I want to like him but he's one of the biggest problems in the team right now. Biton should be starting ahead of him.

 

His passing and positioning/decision making, have gone to *. Kayal won't be any better IMO. We need another CM in Jan if possible. I'd punt Kayal, let Johansen work on his form and sit on the bench.

 

Kayal has been great last few games while johansen has been poor. Want kayal to start on Saturday.

 

Great player, will be a legend for us, but needs to rest a few games now.
