    I don't think it has.

As long as Lennon gives players more of a chance. I would love to see Balde and Pukki playing together, give the youth a go.

I think it will be good seeing how VVD continues to grow. He probably will work his socks of attempting to get a game for the Netherlands.

I was excited this time last year. Excited for the Juventus tie. If we at least had got Europa League football it would have been something to look forward to. All we have is the Scottish Cup and a tricky tie against the sheep at Celtic Park to look forward to.

How the * do you lose the buzz for Celtic? Seriously?

Maybe the buzz will come back when the huns are challenging.

Just another that needs those mutants to stay interested.

I would watch Celtic playing * chess if I had to.

So many on here that need the huns to peak their interest in Celtic.

    How sad.

"We don't care if we win lose or draw" (as long as the huns are here)

I just enjoy watching Celtic tbh. I've found that I don't need the excitement of a title race or European football after christmas to look forward to seeing Celtic play.

Looking forward to catching us on a stream in the final of this friendly tournament. :50:

No one on this thread has actually said that.

I still watch almost every game I can, but being honest I just don't get excited about it anymore. I don't wake up on Saturday morning anymore thinking "amazing! Celtic are playing today". I cant remember the last domestic game that I left absolutely buzzing or truly gutted after the result or the last time I went into a game feeling nervous. I cant remember a domestic game in the last two years where the crowd at Celtic Park had the hairs rise on the back on my neck, or a time when a Celtic win or loss has shaped my mood for longer than the day of the game.

Of course I am still interested. I am just not as passionate as I used to be about our domestic game.

I doubt I'll ever change it, really like it.

They don't need to, they have said it many times already.

    As you well know.

Meh. I still watch every game.

The football's not great. Over the years you develop an emotional attachment to the club though so I still look forward to games even if they're not as exciting as they used to be. It's something to do.

They are being honest with themselves. I don't see the issue with it. No one questions you when you say you don't need the rivalry to keep yourself interested.

Wow another negative thread on a Celtic message board. :87: Pretty sure in the main the people that continually roll out these threads weren't at the games in the early to late 90's. Man the * up and get behind yer team!

We've got games to play, we've got a title to win, we've got a transfer window to look forward to, we've got a cup to win (maybe two), we've got CL qualifiers to look forward to, we've got Celtic every day of the week.

What's not to be buzzing about?

Some on here would be nowhere to be seen when we were struggling in the early 90s, spoiled is what it is.

    EPL is that way [IMG]

Not for me not at all. We are on a brilliant run in the league and have a great cup tie against Aberdeen next month to come. There have been some lows sure this season but overall this has been a good season so far and hopefully we will see much more of the type of Celtic performances we saw in the cup game against the diet huns and the away game against Motherwell.

For me it never really had a buzz to begin with. Even the CL campaign was a littler muted for me. Don't know if subconsciously the team and fans have lost a bit of their mojo because you know who arent around.

Still putting it into proper perspective we are unbeaten in the league and have the nucleus of a good side. With the proper investment now and during the close season I am sure we can get the passion back.

In terms of getting the passion back my worry is the issues surrounding the harrassment of Celtic fans. I have no doubt Celtic Park will be full again on many occasions I also have no doubt many passionate fans are currently been driven away.

That's a fair point too and the last thing we need is a split between fans and the board or anyone else for that matter. Like everything it can be overcome but needs both sides to find a pragmatic solution.

Still optimistic for the future of the club but really do worry that the board get the relationship with the fans wrong which may have lasting implications for attendances and revenue.

I do wonder however if Sevco were here whether we would even bother about his other nonsense.
