That's a new one, I don't think I've ever seen Lennon referred to as a "coward".

Lennon doesn't have any say over financial decisions.

Think we should go SPFL and get someone that knows what they're up against, then with a bit of wind in their sails - who knows what they'll do in Europe?!

I think the board learned their lesson from the last window, so I expect us to make some moves in the upcoming window to prepare us better for the CL qualifiers. Saying that, I don't expect it to be anything big. Just a couple of frees/bargain basement signings, maybe with a pre-contract agreement here and there.

    We'll scrape by, as usual.

I don't think we'll see much movement in January unfortunately.

As for spending on the Forwards department, I honestly think Frijonson (HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT) will bag a bunch and give real hope. Mark my words.

I don't care for incomings in January but would welcome several outgoings so we know the areas of replenishment in the summer, when the summer comes I want all business tied up early doors.

I'd be very surprised if we signed anyone. Fridjonnsson (?) is coming in and it's a bad time to be trying to get players. Unless the scouting department has got their eye on some young prospect, I don't think we'll see anyone coming in.

Yeah, a man who stayed at Celtic after being knocked unconscious in the street by Rangers fans, having bombs sent to him in the post and having to move himself and his family into safe houses on several occasions is a coward.

    Wise up.

We should give the youngsters a chance. If things haven't improved come the summer then it would definitely be time to bite the bullet. I think lads like Atajic, Henderson, Mcgeouch, Rogic, Biton, Fisher and Balde have the potential to step up and make an impact on the side.

What a ridiculous statement. I never thought I would read something like that on a Celtic forum. Shocking.

I agree - let's find out if these guys are good enough. They need game time and they need to be tested.

They are the future. We shouldn't always need to spend money to replace a player. I like the look of Jackson Irvine on loan at Kilmarnock as well. We have some promising young players and signing players will only stifle their progress. Spending money doesn't come with any guarantees remember. At least these youngsters are low risk.

wont spend a penny the board are only interested in money nothing else .everyone of the players we signed apart from virgil.is inferior to what we had we have gone backwards at an astonishing rate .we were lucky it was only 6 we didn't compete at all and that is unforgivable .you cant charge top dollar for a second rate product price accordingly

and for people saying 6 - 7 million we wont do that but johnny Russell is far better than pukki or any of our other strikers to be honest. gauld and McKay steven as well what is it with us and 2nd rate foreigners .our best players so far this season are all brits and weren't expensive wanyama apart the rest are and were mediocre

You called Neil Lennon a coward. Think about it. Think about what the man has had to endure in this country. Any normal person would have * off by now.

I have respect for him for that :50: but on managerial course I think it is totally different story. He must make bigger and more risky decisions, way we play now is not the level of football Celtic should be playing.
