I have moved to Sydney for a 1 year working holiday in March. Over here, football isnt a big sport. Rugby League is the most popular, Union, AFL & Cricket are all more watched sports. Watching English Premier league and Scottish matches live is possible but they are shown live at 11.00PM on sundays mainly. Makes it hard considering work in the morning.

Oh, I know that the Convicts are not big on their footy but rugby just bores me, whilst Aussie rules is just w*nk and I wanna carry on playing football. Heard that the immigrant communities do play a bit - need to do some research on that.

As for the women - no chance. Will be moving over with the missus. And besides, as soon as Aussie birds open their mouths they automatically reclassify themselves as idiots.

I like Rugby Union but ya the other ones bore me too. Ya there are sunday * leagues about, they are easy enough to find, usually someone will know someone playing for a team they can help you get set up.

Hi lads. took ages to go through all them 40 pages. im a spartak supporter. forgive our younger lot posting bollocks in the thread, some of them are just retarded, but they all love spartak, so thats an excuse innit? and a bunch of rival cska and zenit fans are just heating things up. i hope for a warm welcome in scotland and a good ynwa performance. i thought we were gonna get liverpool in the draw, but you lot are even better at it. i used to live in dundee in 2003 and i loved it, so cant wait to get back to scotland. i also went to your nationl team away games in estonia couple o times and your lot was well up for it when it comes to boozing.
got a couple of questions for you tho
im gonna be travelling from bournemouth for the game, so is there a chance to buy away supporters tickets at the stadium on a match day. and if not whats the best way to get them, considering i cant get them from the club cuz im too far away from moscow now.
and if you could also advice me on some cheap places to stay that i can book online and some good supporters pubs to go after the game.
and if you ve got any questions about our team or anything im here all day.

I asked some similar questions yesterday and was told that
1. No tickets at the ground on the day of the match. I'll wait for further info but if there aren't any on sale in the UK, I'll probably be getting a ticket via a Spartak forum.

2. I was told about some Euro hostel next to the station but gonna be doing a bit of research on the subject meself.

3. Again was told that the pubs around the ground should be OK for us.

If any Celtic fans have any further info on the above I will also be very interesting in hearing it.

I see you are from Republika Srpska. Are you from Banja Luka by any chance. You see, my uni old boys' team are thinking of going to play a couple of friendly games in Bosnia next summer and we wondered if (if you are from Banja Luka) you could tell me whether Borac had a some sort of a supporters' side that could be up for a match?
