As a shareholder a single seat is as much my home as anyone can claim to own Celtic Park.

Correct yeah. Its reflects, but you can't have one aspect without the other.

The original founders were all in favour of Irish home rule. You cant reflect the Irish roots of the club, without this being included.

Either that, or you get that top 'o the morning *.

    * sake the first patch of grass was laid by a * gun runner.

Plus the Irish flag, has to be one of the most overtly political national flags out there.

The only rights you have on private property is only to not have a crime committed against you.

Too many idiots think their rights and free speech apply everywhere they go.

    They don't.

Go into a cinema and shout FIRE, and sees where it gets you.

    End of.

Yeah, evolved. You keep fighting your ancient holy war. I don't know where you're from but as an Irishman and I speak for a lot of Irish. We're sick of it and want to move on. Some old firm fans still fighting this war from their seats and keyboards are an embarrassment to many Irish.

Our first manager and our longest serving by some distance (1897-1940) was the son of a British soldier, in Ireland no less and was an ardent royalist.

    A club open to all!

I hate to say it, but you're right.

In line with basic contract and employment law, by entering the stadium you are agreeing to a contract. Much like an employee of a company, you agree to adhere to the rules stipulated in your contract (in this case, that stated on the ticket etc) as to your conduct and what is expected of you when in the stadium.

That being said, even employees are allowed to CHALLENGE company rules to a certain degree.

RIGHTS are inherent -- also a right cannot be regulated ( that is what makes it a right). I have the same rights in public that i have in private. Of course the government can choose to violate my rights but they cannot actually take them away from me.

So now you do have rights on private property. Have I the right to stand up and go for a * or should I ask the teacher first.

What rights have UEFA to tells us what we should or should not do on our own private property? We should tell UEFA to * off back to their own private property.

    Let No People Sing
    by Peter Lawwell

    Here's a message from above
    The fans should all remember.
    For those who are oppressed
    In song you can't protest.
    The board control your minds
    No room for self expression.
    Open up your mouths,
I'll jail you for your songs.

Let No people sing their stories and their songs
Or the music of their native land
Their lullabies and battle-cries and songs of hope and joy
    Coz you'll all get banned.
    All across this new Scotland
    Throughout the west and east
It was music that kept the courts wi fines
The cash that was yours, and no mine

What about the Irish Celtic fans? Do they have your permission to sing Rebel songs?

My impression (and there are many, many exceptions to this) is that on this forum those that don't like Rebel songs seem to be some of the younger ones. Am I right in assuming that you would have expected it to be the other way round ?
