    Greenock is one of the worst places I've been to. That was about 25 years ago so I'm not sure if it's changed much? It was a dump back then anyway.

    The Gallowgate, Greenock, Motherwell and Wishaw.

    Both Edinburgh and Glasgow have some nice areas: Merchant City and the West End in Glasgow and the area near Princes Street in Edinburgh.
