Daniel Majstorovic

Like almost all our of * players down the years, he is a much nicer man than a player.

 

Personally thought he was a bit soft for a hard looking guy at times. But that was mainly down to being a bit slow and clumsy at times.
But one of things I'll remember him for was the way he was a leader at the back. Really helped Rogne a lot when they played together.

Not as bad as some made him out to be, but he wasn't that good either.

That summed him up for me. It was a ridiculously reckless tackle! Many bhoys wet themselves at how 'strong' and 'committed' a challenge it was. It wasn't. It was a brainless moronic action and I'll bet a pound to a penny that if the same challenge was made by another player on one of our guys, then all * would have broken loose!

Seemed nike a nice guy. Good attitude. Very limited.

 

He wasn't great let's be honest but we have had worse.

On a scale of 1 to 10 then he would be about 4/5

Not useless but below average imo

 

Was the best defender we had when he first signed and for a while after. Became very average soon after, then broke his toe was out for a while and was AWFUL when he came back. That was the story of Daniel *ionist

Always thought he should have been more commanding considering the size and build of him. Wasn't the best, but I still rated him.
Remember reading about him being good off the pitch and in training for younger lads too, so would have liked him to stick around.

 

Put it this way we have definitely improved in that department,a lot..!

 

He was crap, played a couple of decent games against the orcs but did Cousin not have him in his pocket physically in a 4-2 game his last I think??

 

I think it was him that got rag dolled that day..

Was that the game that cousin should have been sent off or am I thinking of something else?

 

Cousin played for them between 2007-2008, and Majstorovic was at us between 2010-2012. So I think that's unlikely..

Gave his all big bruiser and did what needed to be done that peon in lennys first OF game was a joke

 

Conor's right it was heid instead with big mick..

Cousin did get sent off that game,just googled it..

Average player, wasn't the worst we've had
