aye, a live in America and have heard plenty of these crack pot outbursts. The tanks were used only when the whole city of Boston was on shut down after the Boston bombings. Not exactly oppressing the public.

On first watch of the video of that * in the cream jacket running into the lampost, I thought the video was about Celtic fans throwing bottles etc at the tram!
