    Thought de Boer was being a bit of a bad loser at the end. "The best team does not always win."

    Well Frank, ya hun *, Ajax didn't exactly create many chances. It was far from a dominant performance from the Ajax side.

    Celtic deserved at least a point tonight.

    Well said.

    They need no encouragement to kick off.

    Great result although them scoring could damage us later on. Thought john collins overated ajax's part in the game, it was pretty evident we were happy to let them have the ball at times.

    Agreed.

    Hopefully it will bit him in the * like some other hun * that refused to give us our due after the home win of a double header. :86:

    Crucial and well deserved win tonight, we're very much in this group.

    Pre-match there was a bit of a laugh on here about the Ajax fans, well they showed themselves up tonight. Complete *.

    They're not the first away fans to rock up and cause it and they wont be the last.

    Congratulations for the win against Ajax. The match in Paradise vs Milan will be crucial and I think CFC has many options to qualify into the next round. Hail Hail!!!

    I know but it doesn't excuse their behaviour. They were backing there team well up until we scored then just went mental and started ripping out seats (I hope we force Ajax to cough up btw).

    * them

    They play for CFC just to reach the EPL. No love for CFC as deluded fans think

    Well, very descent game.
    This is an important step. TBH, I think the 3rd place would be a big achievement for Celtic, so, a good result against Ajax in Holland would be great.
    And, later, if we can make something more than the 3rd place, it would be great.

    Also, the Barca fixture comes at the perfect time I think. Either they'll be qualified and will send out a weakened team or they'll be needing a result and might be quite nervous. They don't have the killing instinct of Dortmund or Munich - if we were in that situation against them then it could get ugly.
