Despite losing Commons, Matthews and possibly Lustig, we're still well equipted to beat these.

I watched their match against Twente last night and they we're very average. They have no realy creativity or menace when trying to attack and can't ever seem to hold a straight line in defence which left them open to conceding the goal.

It will be a tense and nervy one for sure but we can do it. And to beat that c(hun)t De Boer would be * brilliant. If we have any ties with Holland it certainly ain't through this mob. A derby match of sorts could well have been created after the final whistle Tuesday night. Lets hope we're the one's going to their ground with the 3 points secured.

I don't know how I feel about our chances yet, especially now that Commons has been effectively ruled out.

It could be that our fans will once again drive the team on as they always do and be that 12th man that we need to beat Ajax. We do have goals in the team, but the main problem is that Pukki, our apparent Hooper replacement, is still settling and adapting to life here.

When Hooper arrived in 2010, he wasn't thrust straight into the CL group stages in his first season the way that Pukki has been. He had the time to settle and score a lot of goals in the SPL and test himself in the Europa League before truly arriving on the big stage.

 

Do Celtic back the palestines? First I heard of it. Aren't we just a football club ?

I'd love to see Biton or Rogic step in, in place of Ambrose, but I doubt Lennon will give either guy more than a few minutes in Europe this season.
