Celtic vs Barcelona (ITV. 7.30pm)

First off as gutted as I am that we didn't get another great result against Barcelona last night when we came o so close to doing so I am so proud to be a Celtic supporter today. I thought the support last night was outstanding not just with the superb display before hand but throughout the whole game. Browns red card in hindsight probably was the pivotal factor although the 10 men did battle superbly during that final 30 minutes.
Team wise there were some great performances out there all over the park and a lot of positives to take from the performance. In the end we came up short but I think it is a measure of how far we have come under Lennon on the field that we are actually feeling disappointment at not getting a result against what is without doubt one of the best sides in the world. Hopefully we can continue to grow as a team because despite the defeat last night our team and our support did the club proud in front of the watching eyes of the whole footballing world last night.

 

She was on TV during a CL match of the highest calibre, tens of thousands of people saw her, it's not like I dug up some private photos from her FB account, all I did was paused the match and hit PRT SCR.

Also, we're only saying nice things about her so it's ok. :icon_mrgreen:

 

If it was my face in the pic, I wouldn't want it on the internet.

She might be different, but she hasn't had a say.

 

Did anybody ask her if she wanted a close up of her face on TV?

 

Did she know? That 'close up' could have been from 30ft away.

Even at that....I'm sure a glimpse on the telly isn't the same as her pic on the internet.

I hope she wasn't on a sickie or anything.....Poor girl.

Dislike the man with a passion....I recorded the game on ITV cause sometimes I need a good laugh and Roy Keane certainly provides that. His comment about Samaras doing more play acting than the Barça players was comical to say the least

For a man who has played for Celtic, he couldn't tell you the first thing about us

Watch it, some people go mental on this forum if you post other teams scores in a Celtic "Official thread" somebody nearly got their coupon ripped off for saying the Hearts score once

IMO Neymar should have been booked for feigning injury, rolling about like he was shot. Yellow card to both and free kick to Barca.

 

He also said Forster should have done better with the first save of the two in the space of a couple of seconds that everyone else thought were top class.

 

Neymar probably did deserve a yellow for simulation but for my money Brown's was a clear red. It was a deliberate kick.

 

That was my immediate reaction when he said it.
