8 points seems to be the handicap most of the bookies have set. I hope it is a close game and there is still something to play for after and hour.

I fear this could get a bit one sided.

Think the WC has been a bit of a let down, I mean what sort of WC semi final should end up as one sided as that Oz game. Bit of a joke really.

I'd probably agree. I think most people knew who the final was going to be ( although England could have beaten New Zealand last week.)

Most of the games been on PremierSports (which I don't have) hasn't help.

Two disappointments for me are that I missed the only really good game as I was up in Glasgow. Also if this final continues in the same manner I am going to be a bit disappointed as the last final was a great game.

What's the score just now? I thought Oz would destroy it to be honest.

34-2. last minute. Australia didn't concede a try after their first game. Their defence was very impressive today. Even after they knew they had won the game they were determined not to concede a try.

Just got back from the game, it was a bit of a bore to be honest and the atmosphere was terrible, worse than when United are playing :icon_mrgreen:, pretty poor for a WCF, credit to Australia, they were very professional and got the job done

Not Boring at all ...for the rugby league fan the aussies did everything right ...Their D was awesome , moved up as a unit , clamped the ball in the tackle which snuffed out the Kiwis weapon the offload in the tackle ...In attack the Lines the aussies ran were awesome with support runners baffling the kiwi defence .The attack on the edge of the ruck was great also. The kicks were pinpoint , The OZ machine was unplayable today and for those that watch RL regular it was a treat , was a bit like wigans performance in the Challenge cup final when they kept Hull pointless .
Had a great day with a record crowd for an international match :50:...Thinking about the tournament it had great crowds watching the games live maybe down to BBC not having the whole rights to the tournament did wonders for ticket sales ....The one that astounded me was USA v Cook Islands which had over 7,000 in Bristol !! amazing ....
