Don't think it should be an extra 4 packages, not that many people would have been able to get that many anyway. 1 extra for STHs then it should go to people who have bought tickets to other games this season and last year, surely it can't be hard to keep track of who bought what

I live in England and my book cost me about half that. Is their no supporters club near you ? You could maybe go half with someone on a book. I know a few that have done that over the years.

That seems alot fairer to me. I think one extra is enough. I can see the argument against it for Celtic as they are going to get it all sorted quicker the way they are currently doing it and as someone said it might keep the queues down but I think 1 extra would be fairer.

Quite possibly is sold out but they may be saying that to release pressure on the system

If that is what they are doing. Is it lying or clever business tactics ?

    Looks like it's sold out.

Oh well, for those who are unlucky not to get tickets mind make good use of your money and buy tickets for the Morton game :50:

Maybe if season ticket holders didn't get all these additional CL perks they'd shift a few more ST's as the friends and family of current ST holders would need one to guarantee CL tickets.

I live on the west coast of Canada and will be in Scotland for the first time in 10 years from Oct 8-23. I really want to see the Ajax match. Is my only chance to wait until they go on general sale and try my luck? How much do scalpers sell tickets for?

Season ticket holders spend a fortune every year. It would be wrong for a fan who doesnt make it to many games to fill a place and the season ticket holder ti miss out.

Good that it sold out so fast!

You may want to have a look here:

    https://thomsonsport.com/event/celtic-2013-14/package/celtic-v-afc-ajax

It is expensive (and a rip-off), but at leat it is official. Places will probably not be the best (maybe somewhere in the upper tier).

The queue is still opened, don't know if there's a cut off point.

Season ticket holders should be able to guarentee there own seats, not be able to buy 4.

Season ticket holders aren't missing out, they already get a very reasonably-priced 3-match package. I fear you've missed the crux of the entire argument here.

Can someone tell me why friends and family of season ticket holders are being looked after ?

No, because there is no valid reason for that to be the case.
