AC forum has a 'most likely to dive poll' !!

was doing my nosey on the AC Millan forum and saw a thread about our up and coming game.

the thread is asking who's most likely to dive :56: Italians, wit they like man

the thread begins with them all saying that they will destroy us , blahh blahh blahh well it became quite funny reading their posts as the days went on. Their players were dropping like flies and they are all in panic mode.

it made me laugh so I thought I'd share it with you bastarts ;)

    here's the link. Quite amusing

How can people want pukki and boetanger instead of commons and stokes? I haven't seen anything from either of them to come to this conclusion.

Think the dive poll is very much tongue in cheek.

I remember the English Juve forum last year behind full of immature wanks.

    These lot seem more respectful.

The closer this game gets the more confident I'm feeling! :celt_2:

agree. Probz just their international glory hunting fans. I've saw a cppl though saying that they are gutted because Celtics their 2nd team. I think our underdog / passion outlook attracts alot of people to our team when we play in Europe.

I think we played great on Saturday and think we stand a really good chance!

here's one guy that looks like a bit of a fanatic. Fair play to the guy! This is what yo like to see.

    coppied this from the forum.

" SHIIIIIT!!! i was really hoping we wouldnt draw Celtic! they are my 2nd team. absolutely sickened we have to be competing for 2nd place with them now! they will be VERY hard to beat at home in Glasgow, Cletic Park is a tough place to go, the fans are like a 12th man. ive been to a few european nights in Celtic Park and the noise is defeaning, it would put us to shame in the San Siro to be honest. but away from home they are dodgey in europe. they have lost their two biggest players that dragged them through to the last 16 of the champions league last season -Victor Wanyama and Gary Hooper their striker. we should beat them at home but if you look at our record against them it isnt great and we were lucky enough to beat them in San Siro 1-0 with a Kaka solo effort from the half way line back in 07 i think it was. either way im gona go to the Celtic Milan game in glasgow and also booked my flights tonight to amsterdam for Ajax-Celtic, that is gona be one * of a session on the beer!!!! gona try get in Milan v Barca if i can swing time off at work..i gota start saving some money!!!!"

Something I saw on OptaCeltic twitter page, Milan's record at home in the CL group stages last season...

Milan 0-0 Anderlecht, Milan 0-1 Zenit, Milan 1-1 Malaga compared to ours...

Celtic 0-0 Benfica, Celtic 2-1 Barcelona, Celtic 2-1 Spartak Moscow

Some of those results came about because we were already qualified and played half-assed games. We've been doing this since the days under Carlo.

Yes in recent years under Allegri we've been pretty bad in Europe, one has to admit. But we've been improving our home form at least as of late.

But having said that, previous home records are the least of our worries right now. We have 4 first team starters out injured and in some cases their direct backups as well, so we'll be playing 3rd and 4th choice options in some cases

Your home record in the group stage since 09/10 (Inter's triplete season :bbpd:) is 12 games, 3 wins, 5 draws and 4 losses... Not very good at all.

As you mention you'll have a few big players out injured as well, I can see Celtic getting a draw.. at least

Like I said, we've been pretty bad ever since Allegri came in with his provincial mentality. Our European record under him speaks for itself. The ultimate bad result was against Spurs though

Improvement is a slight exaggeration, but 2 straight wins at home in the CL is an improvement for us.

Call it what you wish but you do know that some of the players we'll be missing are first choice internationals with the Azzurri team right?

They're some of our most important players so to lose them is a big blow for us.

If you beat us or get the draw it will be based on merit, but as a Milan fan I do reserve the right to be sceptic of us winning here when we're missing so many players. If you do beat us I'm not going to be someone who hides after it, I'll be the first here to congratulate you without whining or making excuses
