    We understand you're * that you have a team full of hasbeens and cast offs from Man City and Real Madrid but don't take it out on Celtic.

    We will see who has the better team when the group has finished and not a second before.

    Celtic have beaten far better teams than AC Milan and will do so again in the future :50:

    Some are vastly overrating them. What have they achieved to suggest they're any better than Benfica? They're just names. Benfica & Milan have a similar European record over the past few years. Milan struggled to finish 3rd in Serie A last season. The Udinese side we played in the Europa League topped the table at that time & went on to finish 3rd that season. Juventus are lightyears ahead of Milan.

    They're better than us on paper - almost every team we've beaten or knocked out of Europe has been for over a decade. Football's not played on paper.

    I think that's the crux of it. No one thinks we're better than Milan but I certainly think we can beat them. Even some of our own fans really love putting us down but we're actually a good side in our own right. We're where we are on merit; we can compete with Barcelona, Milan and Ajax.

    Robben and Sneijder was also has been of Réal. And you have never been, like Pukki,who was behind someone ( Huntelaar) who was mostly benched in Milan and Real. See the difference?

    Not one person has actually said we are better than yous. The post which you orignally quoted was simply saying we have a better team than we did the last time we beat yous, and that yous have gotten weaker since then, so we have hope. What is disrespectful about that?

    Don't get annoyed because an AC Milan fan says his team are far better than ours. The guy is stating a fact but we all know the game isn't played on paper. If it was then we wouldn't bother turning up at the San Siro on Wednesday night.

    You have all these world class players & you still achieved the same as us in the Champions League last season. You've been absolutely * horsed by Juve 2 years running (going on 3) in the Serie A as well, so they haven't been of much benefit, have they?

    Milan on paper are a much better team, they have a far better pedigree as well. However any opposition fan who disregards Celtic does so at his peril, we have consistently played above ourselves in the CL and have beaten and drew with better Milan sides than they currently have.

    I'm quietly confident ahead of Wednesday...
